Yes, with two conditions: proper packing (each piece wrapped separately, gaps filled, double-wall cardboard) and declaring the real value at booking — that is the basis of the cover. For items of exceptional value (jewellery, collectibles, cash) carrier restrictions apply — talk to us first.
For 1-3 boxes or suitcases, the regular Parcel and Suitcase services cover you. For bigger moves (4+ boxes), message us before booking — a combination of Economy shipments usually works out cheaper, and we will price it for you box by box.

Yes — with our dedicated Laptop service from €23.40 within Greece and €29.90 to Cyprus. Lithium-battery rule: batteries may travel only when installed inside the device — never loose or as spare parts. Use the original packaging if you have it, otherwise a box with 5 cm of foam padding all around.

Prices & payment

The price of shipping from Greece comes down to three factors: destination, weight (the greater of actual and volumetric) and service speed. Enter the details in the app and see the final price in 30 seconds — 24% VAT and fuel surcharges included. What you see is what you pay.
The «weight» of your box’s volume: Length × Width × Height in cm ÷ 5000. A 50×40×30 cm box counts as 12 kg even if it weighs 4. Tip: use the smallest box that fits your items with 5 cm of padding.
Paying for shipping from Greece is simple: online by debit or credit card at booking, in a secure payment environment. Businesses with regular volume can ask about consolidated invoicing.

Yes. Fill in your billing details (company name, VAT number) in your app profile and every shipment issues the matching document automatically. Individuals receive a receipt by email.
No. VAT, fuel surcharges and customs clearance (where applicable) are included in the price you see before booking. The only possible extra, outside our control: on commercial shipments to non-EU countries the recipient may be charged local VAT on the declared value — true for every carrier worldwide.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is what makes shipping from Greece effortless: door-to-door from anywhere — home, office, village or island, at no extra charge. After booking, the courier usually comes the same or the next working day. Have the parcel packed and your phone nearby.
Shipping from Greece is quick: domestic 1-2 working days, Cyprus 1-3, Europe Express: 1-3. Europe Economy: 3-6. UK: 1-3 Express or 3-6 Economy, customs included. Add a holiday-season buffer of 2-3 days in December.
Almost never a return: in Germany the courier leaves the parcel with a neighbour or parcel shop, in the UK the recipient gets an SMS and can set a «safe place», in Cyprus the driver phones ahead. Everything is recorded in tracking.
Yes — at booking choose «Schedule» and set the day that suits you instead of immediate pickup. Useful when the parcel is not ready yet, and you can change the schedule until pickup happens.
Working days, typically 9:00-17:00, depending on the local courier’s route. You don’t need to wait all day — a phone call usually precedes the visit. If the window doesn’t suit you, schedule another day or set your office as the pickup point.
Small changes within the same city (different floor, next street) can usually be handled through support while the parcel is in transit. Changing city or country is not possible — the parcel would need re-routing from scratch. Triple-check the address before booking; it’s the cheapest mistake you will ever avoid.

Yes — packaging is your responsibility and it is 50% of a successful shipment. The basics: a sturdy box (double-wall cardboard for over 5 kg), each fragile item wrapped separately, voids filled so nothing moves, tape applied in an “H” pattern over the seams, and liquids sealed inside a bag. From the app or web app, in real time: pickup, departure, arrival in the destination country, customs clearance (where applicable), out for delivery, and delivery with the name of the person who received it. Share the tracking link with your recipient so they know when to expect the parcel — fewer “where is it?” messages, more peace of mind.

Cover & claims

Every shipment leaving Greece travels with the carrier’s standard cover — shipping from Greece always includes basic protection, based on the value you declare at booking. For higher-value items, ask us about additional cover before shipping.
The recipient notes the damage with the courier at delivery and you notify us within 24 hours with photos. We run the claim with the international network — you don’t chase anyone. Tip: photograph the contents and the closed box before pickup.
Rare, but covered: if tracking stalls beyond the normal window we open an official investigation with the international network. If the parcel is not located, you are compensated based on the declared value and the shipment cover. Keep receipts for new items — they speed up the process.
Yes, as long as pickup has not happened yet — cancel in the app and the amount is refunded. After pickup the shipment is already in the network and cannot be cancelled; contact us for options such as return to sender.
Three free moves: photograph the contents before closing the box, photograph the closed box with the label, and keep receipts for anything new. Add proper packing — double-wall box, filling, H-taping — and you have covered 99% of cases before the parcel even leaves.

Customs

Shipping from Greece inside the EU needs zero paperwork — not for the EU and Cyprus. For the UK and other non-EU destinations, you fill in a short English description and a realistic value in the app — all documents are generated automatically and clearance is included in the price.
For personal items and low-value gifts: normally nothing. For commercial orders, 20% UK VAT may apply on the declared value, per the official UK rules.
Three things: a specific description in English («used personal clothes, 8 items» — not just «gifts»), a realistic value (neither €1 nor inflated), and a check of the prohibited list for the destination. The delivery network covers the areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus — Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Paralimni and the rest of free Cyprus. For recipients in the occupied north there is no direct delivery; contact us for available alternatives.
For UK-bound parcels the declaration is submitted electronically while the parcel flies, so «Customs clearance in progress» usually lasts hours, not days. With an honest description and realistic value, over 95% of personal shipments clear without any action needed from you — and if anything is needed, we contact you, not the other way round.
