We handle the integration of a WooCommerce, Shopify or custom store with your own carrier accounts and check the basic settings.

The service covers the initial integration of one store and basic settings. Subscription, shipping and SMS are charged separately. Your own active carrier accounts and verified API access are required. Shopify activation follows public availability. Additional bespoke features are agreed separately.

What you need to know.
Do I need my own carrier contract?
Not for available CourierAPP services. To use your own carriers and rates, you need an active contract, a supported connection and the corresponding paid plan.
What does the subscription cover?
It covers connecting your carrier contracts and your plan’s successful-label allowance. Postage and optional SMS are separate. Reprinting does not count as another label.
Can I offer free shipping or set my own charge?
Yes, supported connections let you set your checkout charge, a markup or free shipping above your chosen threshold.
Which platforms and carriers can I connect?
WooCommerce, Shopify and API connection paths are rolling out gradually. Tell us your platform and carriers so we can confirm availability for your store.
How does SMS work?
SMS is optional and prepaid, from €0.12 plus VAT per message, with pack discounts up to 20%. International support depends on the destination. See the plans for message limits and terms.
