Within Greece — nationwide
Parcels and envelopes anywhere in Greece in 1-2 working days from €20.00, laptops from €23.40 and suitcases from €63.75 — same door-to-door model, pickup included.
How these shipping rates from Greece compare to the market
Retail counters price each shipment individually and add fuel surcharges at the till; our shipping rates from Greece are wholesale network prices passed straight to you, with every surcharge already inside. Indicatively: a 10 kg parcel to Germany costs €85.76 at a typical road-retail counter versus €59.90 here with Economy — about 30% less, with home pickup included. A 10 kg parcel to the UK costs €191.08 with retail air express versus €65.90 with our Economy. The heavier the parcel, the wider the gap.
Three ways to pay less
First, combine parcels: two 5 kg boxes to the same recipient cost €99.80 with Economy, one 10 kg box costs €59.90. Second, mind the volumetric weight — one box size down often means one bracket down. Third, choose Economy for anything over 5 kg without a deadline; that is where shipping rates from Greece drop fastest per kilo.
What the price includes
Pickup at your place anywhere in Greece (villages and islands included, no extra charge), international transport with the leading express networks, real-time tracking in the app, basic shipment cover, customs clearance where applicable, and support in English and Greek. No fuel surcharges at checkout — everything is already in the rate.
How weight is calculated
You are charged the greater of actual and volumetric weight: Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000. Example: a 40×30×25 cm box equals 6 volumetric kilos even if it weighs 3 kg. Enter dimensions and weight in the app and you see the final shipping rate from Greece before committing to anything.
Shipping rates by popular destination
All the countries below belong to our network’s “core European countries”, so the same price list as Germany applies: envelope from €31, a 2 kg parcel €45.90, a 5 kg parcel from €49.90 (Economy) and 10 kg from €59.90. Here is what is worth knowing for each destination before you ship.
Shipping a parcel to France
Paris, Lyon and Marseille are served by Express in 1–2 working days. Watch the five-digit French postcodes and prefer an address with a floor and entry code (digicode) where available — it noticeably speeds up delivery in large urban centres.
Shipping a parcel to Italy
Milan, Rome and Bologna are delivered in 1–2 working days, while the South and the islands take 2–3. In Italy concierges (portineria) often take receipt — write the recipient’s name exactly as it appears on the buzzer.
Shipping a parcel to Spain and Portugal
Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon in 2–3 working days with Express. Special terms apply for the Balearic and Canary Islands — ask us before shipping, as the Canary Islands are outside the EU customs union.
Shipping a parcel to the Netherlands and Belgium
Among the fastest destinations on the network: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels and Antwerp are often delivered the next working day with Express. Also ideal for Economy thanks to the dense road network.
Shipping a parcel to Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic
Vienna, Warsaw, Krakow and Prague in 2–3 working days. Large Greek communities mean many shipments of personal items — remember that perishable food cannot travel.
Shipping a parcel to Scandinavia and the Baltics
Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are served in 2–4 working days. Norway is outside the EU — a simple customs declaration is required, which the app prepares, as with Switzerland.
Shipping a parcel to Switzerland
Zurich, Geneva and Basel in 1–3 working days. As a non-EU country, a content and value declaration is needed — you complete it in one step in the app and we handle the rest. Envelope from €43.90, parcel from €45.
Shipping a parcel to the Balkans and Moldova
Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia are served by Express in 2–4 working days. Moldova is our newest destination: parcel from €72.90 and a suitcase up to 23 kg from €140.90, with full customs support.
Delivery times by destination
The times we quote are working days from pickup. For the core European countries (Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria) Express usually delivers in 1–2 working days to major cities and up to 3 to remote areas. For Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia and the Baltics the typical time is 2–3 working days. Cyprus is served by air with delivery in 1–3 working days to Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos. To the UK, after the customs clearance we handle, delivery takes 1–3 working days. Economy moves by road or combined transport and delivers in 3–6 working days almost everywhere in the EU — ideal when the weight is high and timing is flexible.
What affects the cost of shipping a parcel abroad
Three factors determine the final price: the destination (zone), the chargeable weight and the speed. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight — that is why a large but light box can cost more than a small heavy one. Choosing Economy over Express for heavier parcels is the single biggest lever on price.
How to book a shipment step by step
First, open the web app or the mobile app and choose a service: Parcel, Envelope, Laptop or Suitcase, in Express or Economy. Second, enter the pickup and delivery address — the system automatically detects the pricing zone. Third, enter weight and dimensions and instantly see the final price including VAT. Fourth, for non-EU destinations add a content description and value. Fifth, confirm and pay online by card — no contracts and no minimum volume. The courier collects from your address, usually the same or next working day, and from that moment you track every stage in the app until the recipient signs.
The 5 most common mistakes when shipping parcels abroad
- Miscalculating volumetric weight — measure the box after sealing, including any protrusions.
- An incomplete address without floor, buzzer or recipient phone — the number-one cause of delays.
- Prohibited items inside the parcel, such as aerosols, perfumes or power banks, which stop the shipment at the security check.
- An undervalued declared value on non-EU shipments, which can trigger customs fines — always declare the realistic value.
- A reused box that has lost its strength — a box costs €2–3, the damage many times more.
VAT, invoices and receipts
All our prices include 24% VAT and a legal receipt is issued automatically with every shipment. If you need an invoice in a company name, enter your VAT number and details in your profile and every shipment is invoiced there — with a monthly overview of expenses, handy for accounting. For intra-EU B2B shipments with a valid VIES number, talk to us about the correct invoicing treatment.
Tracking and delivery
Every shipment has unified tracking from pickup to the recipient’s door — not a “lost the moment it left Greece” gap like with traditional post. You receive notifications at each stage and can follow the parcel live in the app until it is signed for.
Shipping a suitcase abroad — students and Erasmus
Shipping a suitcase by courier is almost always cheaper than extra airline fees and saves you from dragging it through the airport. A suitcase up to 23 kg to Europe costs from €90.90 with Economy and arrives in 3–6 working days — send it before you leave and it will be waiting at your destination. For students and Erasmus it is our most popular service: pack clothes in vacuum bags to fit more under the weight limit, secure the suitcase with a cable tie instead of a padlock, and keep documents, medication and electronics with you. Returning from abroad to Greece is organised through the same platform too.
Shipping a laptop and electronics abroad
The Laptop service is designed for laptops, tablets and small electronics that need careful handling: from €45 for Europe, from €29.90 for Cyprus and from €49.90 for the UK. Pack in the original box if you have it, otherwise use plenty of padding and mark the box as fragile.
For businesses and e-shops
For businesses and e-shops with regular parcel shipments abroad we offer additional discount packages — get in touch. For shops that want organised management of returns from international customers, we set up a permanent reverse-logistics solution with a pre-agreed rate.
Insurance and compensation
Every shipment is covered by basic carrier liability, and for higher-value items you can declare a content value at booking for extra coverage. In case of damage, keep photos of the packaging and contents and open a claim through the app — our team handles the process with the transport network. That is why proper packaging is the best “insurance” you can add yourself.
Express or Economy — how to choose
Express travels by air and is the choice when every day counts: documents with a deadline, spare parts for an idle machine, a birthday gift you remembered late, commercial samples before a trade show. Economy moves by road or combined transport and wins on net cost as the weight rises: at 5 kg to Germany the difference is €26, at 10 kg it reaches €46 and at 20 kg it exceeds €90. Our practical rule: under 3 kg or with a deadline, go Express; over 5 kg without urgency, Economy is the way. For suitcases, which are heavy and planned by nature, Economy is almost always the right answer.
What about returns
If the recipient is not found after the scheduled attempts or refuses receipt, the parcel is returned — and the return is charged as a new shipment, which is why the correct address and recipient phone are so important. See our full returns policy for details.
