How to ship a parcel with one photo — step by step
- Open the web app and pick a destination. Greece to 220+ destinations worldwide — the EU, Cyprus, the UK, Switzerland and the Western Balkans.
- Photograph the parcel with an A4 sheet next to it. The camera guide with the green frame shows you in real time whether the shot is right: Light ✓ Sharpness ✓ A4 ✓. One shot from a slight 3/4 angle is enough.
- Describe what’s inside — optionally. “3 books and clothes” is enough: the AI estimates the weight and sets the chargeable value in the field, so the price you see is the right one.
- See your final price and book online. VAT included, Express (1-3 working days) or Economy (3-6), with DHL and FedEx. The courier comes to your door and you track everything on a map until the recipient signs.
Measuring a parcel from a photo: how it works
Parcel measurement from a photo relies on a simple idea: the AI needs an object of known dimensions in the frame to calibrate the image. That’s the A4 sheet (21 × 29.7 cm) — the most common “ruler” found in every home and office.
You take one shot from a slight angle so that three sides of the parcel are visible together with the A4. The camera guide checks light, sharpness and A4 visibility before letting you capture — which is why the measurements come out consistently reliable. Finally, the system rounds the dimensions up with a small safety margin, so the volumetric weight stays conservative and your price holds no surprises.
AI weight estimation: describe what’s inside
No scale? Just describe the contents. The AI combines what’s inside with the box dimensions — a large box of books doesn’t weigh the same as a small one — and gives you a realistic estimate. International shipments are always charged on the greater of actual vs volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000), and the app shows you this clearly before you pay.

The AI doesn’t just read addresses. Snap an invoice, a utility bill or a shipping label and every sender or recipient field fills in automatically: full name, street and number, postcode, city, country and phone. You glance over it, correct anything you like, and move on — zero typing.
